Hi, I'm Josh.

I've spent over nine years managing paid media for ecommerce brands, most of it inside agencies before deciding to work directly with clients myself.

I started Totonou Digital because the agency model has a structural problem: the senior person who wins the pitch is rarely the person running your account day to day. I wanted to remove that gap entirely.

Every account I take on gets the same thing: my direct attention, my strategic decisions, and my hands-on execution. No handoffs, no account managers, no watered-down version of the pitch.

Questions worth asking.

Established ecommerce brands, typically spending between £10,000 and £250,000 or more per month on paid media. If you're earlier than that, an audit or a fixed consulting engagement is usually a better starting point than ongoing management.

It's me. That's the point. Some engagements involve your in-house team or another freelancer I bring in for specific execution, but the strategy and the relationship stay with me.

An agency's economics depend on account managers and junior staff doing the execution behind a senior pitch. Mine don't, because there's no one to insert between the strategy and the work.

Usually within one to two weeks of the discovery call, depending on account access and how much needs auditing before work begins.
